Судя по комментам, я ничего не потеряла: основные претензии людей к сериалу - Пайка мало, фокус на личной жизни, а не на новых странных мирах, и Спок-серцеед Этот же Спок перейдет в новый сериал, так что спасибо, не надо.

Особенно понравилось про "молодую версию". Уэсли так заматерел к своим 40-ка, что вполне тянет на возрастную версию, а не на молодую. Эх, как же хорош был Пайн в первом фильме

Currently, in the midst of its third season, Strange New Worlds' showrunners have teased a possible spinoff once the series wraps. The proposed show, which has been dubbed Star Trek: Year One, would follow the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise and the early days of Captain James T. Kirk.

In an interview with TVInsider, two stars of Strange New Worlds have given their stamp of approval for a sequel series that would focus on the time between when Kirk receives command of the Enterprise and when the original Star Trek series takes place.

Another actor who is all for Star Trek: Year One is Paul Wesley, who, on Strange New Worlds, plays a younger version of James T. Kirk. In Season 3, Kirk is the first officer aboard the U.S.S. Farragut, but Trek fans know that he eventually takes the center chair on the Enterprise after Captain Christopher Pike experiences a devastating accident.

“It’s not up to me, but I have expressed my desire, probably all too often, to the showrunners and whomever else asks,” Wesley said about his hopes for Year One. “I would love nothing more than to do a Kirk series along with our beloved characters in TOS and introduce characters that we have yet to introduce in TOS, Chekov and Sulu, and, I mean, you name it. And I think it would be fantastic,” he continued.
